Program Overview
The Victory Train® is an early childhood education program designed to partner with parents beginning at the birth of their child, helping them realize their role as their child’s first and best teacher. We provide age-related educational packets delivered to the homes of our families each week, including books, crayons, educational toys and all other materials parents need to teach the child essential learning skills in preparation for kindergarten readiness.
Our program offers:
- Weekly age-related educational packets delivered to the homes of our families.
- Guidance for parents to help them realize their role as their child’s first and best teacher.
- Support from local service organizations, businesses, schools, churches, and governmental entities.

Help cover expenses for one child for one year, including books, crayons, and all the educational materials that go into their Weekly Education Packets.
It also supports the salary for a Parent Coach to mentor the family, our Summer Camp, testing kits and data management, Back-to-School supplies, Christmas educational toys and more!
